Wir suchen für das Ausbildungsjahr 2026 einen Auszubildenden Pharmakanten (m/w/d). Start ist der 01.08.2026 und die Ausbildungsdauer beträgt 3,5 Jahre.

In unserem 18-köpfigen Produktionsteam findet die Ausbildung in freundschaftlicher und hilfsbereiter Atmosphäre statt.

Außerdem bekommst Du Einblicke in die Qualitätskontrolle, in die Logistik sowie in die Pharmadokumentation. Ein Teil Deiner Tätigkeiten wird an modernen Industrieanlagen durchgeführt.

Neben der theoretischen Wissensvermittlung in der Berufsschule sammelst Du praktische Erfahrungen bei uns im Betrieb. Praktisches Wissen, welches nicht bei uns vermittelt werden kann, wird Dir bei der Sächsischen Bildungsgesellschaft für Umweltschutz und Chemieberufe Dresden mbH (SBG) vermittelt.

Deine Aufgaben

Du lernst wie aus chemischen und pflanzlichen Wirkstoffen Medikamente hergestellt werden
Du begleitest das Produkt von der Bereitstellung der Materalien, über die sterile Herstellung bis hin zur Endverpackung
Du lernst spannende Prozesse wie die Sterilisation von Equipment, die Gefriertrocknung der Produkte und bedienst dabei die pharmazeutischen Produktionsanlagen
Du überprüfst die Qualität der Produkte anhand von Proben

Dein Profil

Du hast einen Mittleren Schulabschluss, die Fachhochschulreife oder allgemeine Hochschulreife bis zum Ausbildungsbeginn absolviert
Du hast Spaß und Verständnis an technischen und naturwissenschaftlichen Themen sowie feinmotorisches Geschick
Deine Arbeitsweise ist genau und sorgfältig
Du arbeitest gern mit pharmazeutischen Produktionsanlagen
Du besitzt sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Word und Schrift

Your chance with us

We are looking for a pharmaceutical technician trainee (m/f/d) for the 2026 training year. The training will start on August 1, 2026, and will last for 3.5 years.

Training takes place in a friendly and supportive atmosphere within our 18-strong production team.

You will also gain insights into quality control, logistics, and pharmaceutical documentation. Some of your work will be carried out on modern industrial equipment.

In addition to theoretical knowledge transfer at vocational school, you will gain practical experience at our company. Practical knowledge that cannot be taught at our company will be taught at the Saxon Education Society for Environmental Protection and Chemical Professions Dresden mbH (SBG).

Your tasks

You will learn how medicines are manufactured from chemical and plant-based active ingredients.
You will accompany the product from the provision of materials through sterile manufacturing to final packaging.
You will learn about exciting processes such as the sterilization of equipment and the freeze-drying of products, and you will operate the pharmaceutical production facilities.
You will check the quality of the products using samples.

Your profile

You will have completed your secondary school education, technical college entrance qualification, or general university entrance qualification by the start of your training.
You enjoy and understand technical and scientific topics and have good fine motor skills.
You work accurately and carefully.
You enjoy working with pharmaceutical production equipment.
