Deine Aufgaben

Annahme, Erfassung und Bearbeitung von Kundenaufträgen im Bereich Radiopharmaka & Arzneimittel
Angebotserstellung sowie Stammdatenpflege im ERP-System
Vorbereitung und Abwicklung von Sendungen ins In- und EU-Ausland
Beauftragung und Nachverfolgung von Transporten (Tracking/Koordination)
Unterstützung beim monatlichen Reporting sowie Aufbereitung von Auswertungen

Hinweis: Du arbeitest nicht in einem strahlenexponierten Umfeld. Radioaktive Substanzen werden erst beim Kunden (z.B. Praxis/ Klinik) zugeführt.

Dein Profil

Abgeschlossene Ausbildung, z. B. Einzelhandelskaufmann, Speditionskaufmann (m/w/d) oder vergleichbar
Erste Erfahrungen in Auftragsabwicklung, Customer Service oder Kundenbetreuung
Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, idealerweise Erfahrung mit ERP-Systemen (z. B. SAGE, Business Central)
Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse und gute Englischkenntnisse

Your tasks

Acceptance, entry, and processing of customer orders in the field of radiopharmaceuticals and medicines
Preparation of quotations and maintenance of master data in the ERP system
Preparation and handling of shipments within the US and to other EU countries
Commissioning and tracking of shipments (tracking/coordination)
Support with monthly reporting and preparation of evaluations

Note: You will not be working in an environment exposed to radiation. Radioactive substances are only delivered to the customer (e.g., practice/clinic).

Your profile

Completed training, e.g., retail salesperson, freight forwarding agent (m/f/d) or comparable
Experience in order processing, customer service, or customer support
Confident use of MS Office, ideally experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAGE, Business Central)
Good English skills for working in an international context
