Your tasks

  • Responsibility for the smooth operation, maintenance, and upkeep of building services equipment (BSE), building systems, and building services in a pharmaceutical environment
  • Planning, coordinating, and supervising inspections, maintenance, and repairs carried out by internal and external service providers
  • Creating, maintaining, and optimizing maintenance schedules, as well as assisting with budget planning in maintenance management
  • Management of inspection and maintenance intervals in accordance with legal requirements, particularly in the areas of GMP, radiation protection, and EHG
  • Ensuring GMP-compliant documentation, qualification, and re-qualification of all maintenance and repair measures
  • Collaboration on technical projects as well as new construction, renovation, and expansion projects in close cooperation with engineering, quality control, and project teams

Your profile

  • Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Services Engineering (TGA), or a comparable technical field
  • Strong IT skills and openness to digital systems in the areas of maintenance, repair, and technical maintenance management
  • Initial professional experience in technical service, maintenance, building services engineering, or facility management
  • Ideally, experience in a GMP-regulated environment, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry or a comparable regulated sector
  • A structured, independent, and solution-oriented approach to work with strong organizational skills
  • Strong communication skills, resilience, and quick comprehension, as well as a passion for collaborating with internal and external stakeholders
